After nearly a decade working at prestigious global law firms and Forbes 500 publicly-traded companies, I decided to pursue my calling and redefine how I use my legal training by starting Legacy Law Group. As an eternal optimist, a person of faith, a seeker of truth, and a humanitarian, I will be your trusted strategic partner—not just for business, but for life. I firmly believes that each of us has a legacy to leave behind, and it is my hope to help you build yours and together leave the world better than we found it.

After graduating near the top of my class at USC Gould School of Law, I started my career working on a wide-range of transactional matters across multiple industries. My experience includes mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, venture financing, corporate governance, and commercial contracts. I have worked with C-suite executives and board of directors, and I have also supported sales representatives in the field.

My keen interest in philosophy and spirituality subsequently led me into estate planning where I get the privilege of having some of the hardest but most meaningful conversations with my clients. I take greatest pride in the relationships I build with my clients, which allows me to truly understand their wishes and ensure that they are properly enshrined in their estate plan.

Outside of work, I spend my time trying to be the best father possible to my 3 amazing children. I also actively volunteer my time to give back to my community, and I love watching sports, reading inspiring thoughts, and following both geopolitical news and the financial markets.

Pankaj provides innovative solutions for challenges in contract negotiation, corporate governance, IP protection, and compliance.

Known for his hands-on approach, he enables clients to focus on scaling their businesses. Pankaj regularly advises clients on the latest developments in business and intellectual property law.
